01 / THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE

A busy workforce needs a shared picture.

For Servcare, dependable service starts with knowing who is available, where each appointment stands, and how to put the right crew on the right job.

The Singapore pest-management company serves homes and businesses across residential, commercial, food and beverage, and industrial settings. With approximately 120 technicians, coordinating its workforce is a substantial operational task.

Before the transformation, administrative operations worked in silos. Resource allocation, appointment status, and updates were difficult to see together. Teams needed a clearer understanding of what was happening across the business, and scheduling could take around a day.

Servcare engaged Techila to connect those processes on Salesforce. The objective was practical: give staff a shared operational view, make rostering faster, and improve how crews and customer appointments were managed.

02 / THE OPERATIONAL BREAKTHROUGH

One command centre.
A coordinated workforce.

Multi-technician scheduling was the defining challenge. Planners needed to understand each person’s bandwidth while accounting for existing work and overlapping appointments.

01 / VISIBILITY

See the whole operation

A command centre brings appointments and resource allocation into one view, helping staff understand the current operational picture.

02 / COORDINATION

Plan crews around the work

Multi-technician scheduling supports jobs that need more than one person, with visibility into individual workloads and overlapping schedules.

03 / COMMUNICATION

Keep people informed

Shared appointment updates improve internal awareness, while automated client notifications support communication around service delivery.

03 / WHAT TECHILA DELIVERED

Connected operations.
Practical AI support.

Techila delivered the programme end to end, connecting customer management, field service, and engagement. The core implementation and subsequent enhancements were completed by Q2 2026.

01

Customer and sales processes

Accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities were brought into Salesforce, supported by forecasting, reports, and dashboards. WhatsApp and website chat formed part of the customer engagement setup.

02

Field service and crew planning

Work orders, appointments, recurring maintenance, technician mobile access, and resource management created the operational foundation. Enhancements addressed multi-person scheduling and service reporting.

03

AI assistance for everyday work

AI supports resource assignment and service-appointment planning, alongside responses to internal guidance and knowledge questions. Its role is focused on the work staff need to get done.

04

A more connected customer journey

Marketing journeys support new-customer nurturing, payment reminders, and dormant-customer re-engagement. Online booking and Stripe payments extend the connected process to customer transactions.

04 / THE BUSINESS IMPACT

More clarity across the business.

About this story & evidence

Project evidence. This story draws on the April 2025 implementation scope, April 2026 enhancement scope, Servcare’s written testimonial dated 16 July 2026, and a September 2026 interview with Immanuel Gian of Techila. The interview confirms completion by Q2 2026 and Techila’s end-to-end delivery following a mid-project account novation.

Reported outcomes. Workforce size of approximately 120 technicians, scheduling time of approximately one day reduced to two hours, and operational improvements were supplied in the project interview. They are estimates reported by the project team, rather than results from a formal time study. AI use cases are described at the workflow level; no specific model, autonomous decision capability, or AI-attributed performance gain is claimed.
